Making the decision to enter therapy is making an important choice to embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth. People seek therapy for many reasons including: feelings of depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, self-doubt, feeling stuck or for personal growth and exploration. People also seek therapy during times of life transition such as changing careers, beginning or ending a relationship, becoming a new parent, or other life changes.

I respect and admire the strength it takes to decide to enter therapy. I believe that times of transition, crisis or turmoil can be a valuable opportunity for growth and change. I do not approach therapy through a paradigm of illness but instead through a model of strength. Therapy is a place for you to work on finding your way to more meaningful relationships and to living a more fulfilled life.
